  • When will my newspaper arrive?

    We aim to have all deliveries done by 8am on weekdays and 9am at weekends. Many of our customers get theirs even earlier.

  • What would be the reason for my delivery to be late sometimes?

    Delays can happen anywhere along the line — from the publisher to the printer to us. If your paper hasn’t arrived by 8:30am, please get in touch before 4pm so we can look into it and arrange a redelivery.
    Let us know within 48 hours if you want a redelivery or credit for a missed paper.

  • How do I get in contact?

    Please email info@jandsmediasolutions.co.uk in the first instance, including your name, contact number and supply address and someone will be in contact with you within 24hrs.

  • How do I pay?

    Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit, but you can also pay:

    By phone using a debit or credit card

    By bank transfer

    By posting us newspaper vouchers


    Please note we can’t return vouchers, and if you post them in advance, we’ll take that as confirmation of ongoing deliveries for the period they cover.

  • What does delivery cost?

    Charges vary by area, so get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm the cost in your location.
